Fred and Jeff welcome Ross Zimmerman and Michelle Crow from Beyond.  Beyond is an annual community-wide event occurring the first Saturday of every year.  The event is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community and encourages Arizonans to come together, get outside and be physically active.  Tim Bentley for the Southern Arizona Road Runners talks about three of the 16 events happening on January 5th.
